September Flew By and Here We Are in October!

In the middle of Spetember we traveled to Plover, WI to visit with some family and celebrate my cousin Jeff's wedding. Super fun to see my cousins and all of their kids, and how much they've all grown since we saw them last, which (sadly) was probably last Christmas! Unfortunately-all of the fam pics I took inside the pavilion were horribly blurry and I think I must have just given up, because I don't have a single one. Not any of the girls' first stay in a hotel, either. BOO. But here's a couple shots of a really cool Korean War Memorial at the park where the wedding picnic was held. Almost 200,000 Wisconsinites fought in the Korean War. Just a "fun" fact.
Mia and Ali started swimming lessons-fun! No pics of Ali, though - because I'm in the pool with her. I'll have to see if Mia can get some shots of us one of these days. She's getting pretty good at working the camera.

We've been thoroughly enjoying the beautiful warm, sunny fall weather we've been having-playing outside, riding bikes, going for walks, visiting the zoo. Livin' it up before the snow flies and the temperature drops to the single digits. Although, whenever I tell the girls we have to play outside, "now, while it's nice," Mia tells me that she loves playing outside in the snowy winter.

Mia's 3rd, but Ali's first MN WILD game! They had a blast! Mia ate an entire tub of popcorn pretty much by herself, and they made it all the way to 6 minutes left in the game. The Wild lost, but we had so much fun, we didn't really care. The girls even had fun chasing the Wild logo spot light in the lobby while we waited for Dad to park the car.

Finally, a pic of me and JD (we don't take many), all dressed up for Nick & Jen's wedding. Fun night!
